  The Farm’s Annual Sunflower Festival offers a picturesque and tranquil experience of vibrant sunflower varieties, from towering giants to compact colorful blooms, set amidst a backdrop of other flowers and lively pollinators like bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. This festival provides visitors with a peaceful, family-friendly environment to connect with nature, enjoy leisurely walks, and appreciate the simple beauty of the farm’s floral landscape, making it a memorable celebration of Mother Nature’s artistry. In September, enjoy the early days of Fall with our Loch ness themed corn maze in addition to the sunflowers - This is a combo ticket for only 4 weekends in September!

A large airy tent will act as the yoga area. The tent faces the sunflowers, and cut flower field. The field is yours to walk before or after class. Refresh your mind, body, and soul with this relaxing outdoor experience.

Experience the joy of floral artistry surrounded by the vibrant beauty of sunflowers at The Farm. Join Amanda of Woodbury Floral Designs for an immersive, hands-on class that combines nature, creativity, and expert instruction.

What to Expect:
Sunflower Walk & Field Tour: Begin with a relaxing walk through the sunflower and cut flower fields, discovering the variety and selecting your favorite blooms.
Guided Flower Cutting: With Amanda’s expert guidance, carefully cut the perfect flowers to bring your bouquet to life.
Floral Design Instruction: Learn how to properly care for your fresh flowers and create stunning arrangements that highlight their natural beauty.
All Supplies Included: From floral shears to arranging materials, everything you need will be provided.
Whether you’re a beginner or have some floral experience, this class offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and enhance your floral design skills. This workshop takes an hour to an hour an a half on average.

“Can you make a pair of those booties for Jeff and his wife?  They’re expecting a little boy!” my husband asked me on Monday.

“Sure,” I said, thrilled that he appreciates my knitting. “When’s the big day?”

“Wednesday.”

Any other project and I’d be shaking my head.  But these booties are quick – it’s nothing to knock out one in an evening – whether you need them this week or are just knitting a few ahead to be ready the next time you hear there’s a bundle of joy on the way!

Plus, new moms LOVE that the booties STAY ON little feet, and are stretchy so they continue to fit as the little one grows.  More than one parent has told me they’ve fit until their child started walking.

Your ticket includes your class instruction, yarn, needles, and bonus: your ticket to the sunflower walk (a $20 value!).
